Fax in your country

Did you know that you can use scanR to send a fax nearly anywhere in the world?

Here's how:

  1. Take a picture of each page that you want to fax.
  2. Attach your pictures to an email message (or picture message if you're using a camera phone)
  3. Address the message to doc@scanR.com and enter the fax number in the subject or body of the message. Use the international phone number including country code (1 in the US).
  4. Send the message.  When your fax is delivered, you will receive a confirmation message.

Great info! Can you specify a couple of things:

1. You can login to your ScanR account and fax your documents from there correct?

2. Do people need to type in the international number when sending a fax to someone outside the U.S./U.K., etc. More specifically, I think an example of how to write the fax numbers would be helpful.

Thanks!

Yes, you can forward scans from your online account to fax machines. Just sign into My Scans, click on the document you want to fax, click on the Share tab and enter a fax number.

To fax anywhere, enter the phone number including the country code. For example, in the US, type 16505551212 or +16505551212. In the UK, type +44 then phone number.

If you have other questions, send an email to help@scanR.com
