According to a number of research analysts, we spend between 15% and 35% of our time looking for information, and a vast majority of information is still locked in paper. scanR helps you solve this.
scanR allows to you use any desktop search program to EASILY find your scanned documents and whiteboards. We tag all information that is processed through our service in a number of different ways:
- Metadata: whiteboard or document, date created, originator
- Auto-tags: all keywords we pull out of the documents (sorry, we haven't yet implemented handwritting recognition for whiteboards...yet)
- User defined tags: any additional information the user tagged in the original message to scanR
If you are looking for something sent through scanR, simply search using the keywords in that scan. For example, if you are looking for a copy of the scanR processed whiteboard from a meeting in February, simply search using "whiteboard February".
It's that easy, scanR helps you organize all your paper information.
